An Express Session can take as little as 20 minutes from start to finish. A Business Session takes approx 20-30 minutes.
A Director Session will take approx 30-45 minutes and the CEO Session can take up to an hour. However the CEO (or other VIP) needs only stand in place for about 10 minutes as most of the time is taken up with selecting location and setting up lighting. We use a body double during light checks so it is ready to go when the CEO steps in front of the camera.
If make-up & hair is organised this can add another 30-45 minutes
On-Location Group Profiles - once we have a space set up we can photograph each individual in about 5 minutes.
We will discuss this with you at the Pre-Portrait Consultation so it will be all organised. You can also get helpful tips from out “10 Tips For a Successful Shoot” which we will send to you prior to the day. It contains all the information you will need to ensure you are dressed appropriately.
We have a very fast 48-hour turnaround time on your portrait session. If you require it faster than this we can provide it to you for a small additional ‘rush’ fee.
We recommend if you are going to the effort of having your portrait done and you want it to be the best possible to have professional hair and make-up. Having this done is not just for women, it is just as important for men. This service can be arranged for studio sessions or location starting from $190 (discounts can apply for groups of 4+)
Advice will be given to you prior to the shoot so you can be fully prepared. On the day our stylist will also assist you to ensure you are looking your best. On location we always carry our ‘Essentials Kit’ that contains things such as tie, cuff links and lint combs as well as business props such as leather folios, pens and iPads.
After determining what you want to achieve from your shoot we will recommend either the areas at your office we could use or if it’s at the studio what colour background is most suited.
We can provide you with a ‘knockout’ or deep etched version of your portrait so you can be placed on a different background. This is most commonly used by graphic designers and web developers and we can liase with them as to their requirements.
We are happy to be in contact with your designer or developer to ensure they receive exactly what they would like. This is done at no extra cost to you and ensures you don’t need to play ‘middleman’
Your final selected files will be archived indefinitely so you will always have access to them if necessary. A retrieval fee of $50 applies after 12 months from the sitting date.
We can provide hard copies of your photograph if you wish. Price depends on the number of copies ordered and what size you want. We can provide small mounted prints or larger framed, canvas, acrylic or aluminium prints for the wall.
We provide full resolution files that are 5184 pixels on the long side so they are ready to be printed in whatever format required. We also provide a series of files sized and prepared specifically for the device they may wish to be used on eg, web usage, iPads, phones etc.
Having determined how you will use your portrait we will assist you in ensuring you have a pose that best suits this. If you need a LinkedIn profile the traditional head and shoulders shot would be most suited. Your website may require a more interactive photograph showcasing your company signage or with the products that you sell in the background. An Annual Report will require a strong, contemporary executive portrait on location. We will give you guidance over what works best.
Price depends on whether you want a portrait at your offices, on location or at our studio. Your work environment is an integral part of your business and for prospective customers it is a further connection they can make with you. We would recommend you have your portrait on location. Payment on the day is required for all studio sessions. If we are attending your offices to photograph a large number of staff payment can be invoiced and made within 7 days of files being received."

You must inform Executive Portraits Perth either at time of making your selection of ‘favourite’ images (to enable time for immediate re-shoot) or within 24 hours of receiving your files (for re-working of images). If an immediate re-shoot is not possible then another time convenient to both parties will be arranged.
